Breathe
forgive
feel grief
let the anger go
sit in the suffering
forgive the violence you feel for yourself
that you use on yourself
let your heart soften
compassion
pain suffering anger depression
are just stories
let them go feel the grief that will turn to compassion
hug a pillow
soften soften soften
open yourself to all the pain and suffering
be brave have courage
you can change the arrows to flowers
your anger comes from the pain of emptiness
all this violence that you created for yourself
that you caused others
your anger was just trying to protect you
you got mixed up in the story
you can stand back and watch
to not get involved or carried away
with your pain body
let it go
breathe
be silent
be still
be in the anger and pain and sit
sit until it changes
to grief
grief is the softening of your heart

    I think you over estimate your own self powers of punishment to those who you feel have done wrong to you..

    I assume you are a snowflake that feels you are the self universe and just of the world.

    BS
